Tapered Roller Bearings from China and Korea Under Review by USITC

The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) is conducting a full sunset review to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings from China would likely lead to continued injury to the domestic industry. The review schedule can be foundĀ here, with questionnaires due by May 24 and prehearing briefs by July 20.

Meanwhile, the USITC is also conducting an investigation on whether an industry in the U.S. is materially injured or threatened with injury by reason of tapered roller bearing imports from Korea.
